The newsletter mailing service as well as the application and expert contact forms each constitute personal data processing managed by the Ozitem Group.

The purpose of processing applications is the recruitment process.

The processing of “talk to an expert” contacts is aimed at the commercial prospecting process.

  • compiling statistics related to the service.

This data processing is in the legitimate interest of the Ozitem Group in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the amended Data Protection Act.

The data comes from the registration, by the person filling in the forms.

Mandatory information is identified by asterisks in the forms.

The processing does not involve automated decision-making.

People involved

The data processing concerns only those persons who wish to register on the forms.

Recipients of the data

Categories of recipients

The recipients of the data are:

  • the Human Resources department
  • the communication & marketing department
  • the sales department

Data transfers outside the EU

No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Duration of data retention

The Ozitem Group keeps personal information for the periods recommended by the CNIL, depending on the type of information and the purpose of the processing.

The Ozitem Group retains the e-mail address as long as the person concerned does not unsubscribe (via the unsubscribe link in the newsletters).

Security

The personal data collected in these forms are processed according to secure protocols.

Your rights regarding your data

You may access and obtain a copy of your data, object to the processing of your data, have them deleted, or have them deleted.
