  • A promising start

    The story begins with the idea that information technology is set to revolutionise the world of the late 20th century. With the emergence of the Internet and the challenges involved in new ways of working, hardware resale is our initial expertise.

  • Decisive years

    The 2000s are marked by our entry into the era of virtualisation. We adapted to the technological developments of the IT world. Our customers were diversifying, and our market strength was moving towards integration. We were winning more contracts and our human-resource needs were increasing. Technical assistance was emerging, thanks in particular to many prestigious accounts in the luxury, banking and air/water sectors.

     

  • A new decade, a new turning point

    The 21st century was marked by the presence of the cloud. We were accelerating. As well as increasing staff numbers and business mergers, our offer portfolio was continuing to grow, keeping pace with innovations in the IT world: the launch of Managed Services (IaaS, SaaS, Asia Cloud, PaaS, Visio, Public Cloud, Service Desk). The Ozitem group was becoming a key IT player in the Paris region.

  • An international strategy

    Today, the Ozitem Group’s rise is seeing the steady opening of sites in France and abroad. We now have 4 bases, including 3 sites operating 24/7 in France and Asia. Ozitem is capable of both industrialising IT projects and developing customised services. Today, we have 380 employees around the world, driving our clients’ innovation and digital transformation.

  • To ensure our ability to satisfy our customers, management implements a quality approach based on the ISO 9001 standard. Certified since 2015, our Quality Management System incorporates ITIL recommendations. This allows us to have a structured and systemic approach to continuously improve the services we deliver.

     

  • In order to preserve our customers’ information assets, our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is based on the international reference standard: ISO 27001. We deploy a methodology to identify cyber threats, manage risks associated with critical information, and implement appropriate safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information beyond our GDPR obligations.

  • As a socially responsible company, the Ozitem group adheres to the United Nations Global Compact by respecting commitments related to the values of human rights, labour law, the environment, and the fight against corruption.  Find the latest report here.
