Contributing to equal opportunity is a priority for Ozitem.
The Ozitem Group places human capital at the centre of its Human Resources policy and is committed to combating discrimination of any kind on a daily basis.
Since 1 January 2012, the Ozitem group has implemented an action plan in favour of gender equality in the workplace.
Professional equality between women and men requires us all to do our part. The French Law for the Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future places companies under a performance obligation. It introduced the Gender Pay Equality Index.
This Index, scored out of 100 points, is calculated using 4 or 5 indicators:
The gender pay gap
The difference in the distribution of individual pay rises
The difference in the distribution of promotions (only in companies with over 250 employees)
The number of employees given a pay rise upon return from maternity leave
Parity among the top 10 earners.
The OZITEM Group’s index on 31/12/2020 is 85/100. These results were calculated for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020.
